This notice explains how Aim4price processes Personal Information.

1. Who we are

2. POPIA roles

Dealer Platform: you (Dealer) are generally the Responsible Party for client data stored in the Platform; Aim4price is the Operator.
Direct enquiries to Aim4price: If a person contacts Aim4price directly (e.g., email), Aim4price is the Responsible Party for that enquiry data.

3. What we process

Dealer user account details and access logs.
Dealer-entered client and asset records. (where used)
Valuation inputs/outputs, PDFs, and valuation history.
Support communications sent to us.

4. Why we process it

provide Platform functionality;
authenticate users and enforce dealer scoping;
support and troubleshooting;
security monitoring and prevention of unauthorised access; and
create aggregated/de-identified analytics for product improvement and benchmarks.

5. Sharing; hosting; cross-border

We use service providers (including Wix and its processors) to host and operate the Platform. Personal Information may be processed/stored outside South Africa (including the USA and Ireland, and other locations as required for service delivery). We take reasonable steps to implement appropriate safeguards.

6. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access controls and operational monitoring.

7. Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for service delivery, support, security, audit, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Aggregated/de-identified analytics may be retained longer.

8. Data subject rights

Requests to access, correct, or delete client data stored by you (Dealer) should generally be directed to you (Dealer) as Responsible Party. Aim4price will assist you (Dealer) as Operator where reasonably required.

9. Working product; changes

The Platform is evolving and may be updated, modified, or improved over time. We may update this notice by publishing a new version with an updated effective date.
